How to Log In to Your Account
If you are a steward with health care benefits through your employer, you may need to login to your account in order to make changes to your benefits, or to pay your premiums. Here are instructions on how to login to your account:
- Go to the steward login page at https://access.steward.org/identityiq/login.jsf?prompt=true and click on the “self service portal” tab.
- Now, enter the employee user name & password in the login form.
- Finley Click on the “Logon” button.
How to Change Your Email Address
If you are a Steward Health Care employee and want to change your email address, follow these simple steps:
1) Log in to your employee account on the Steward website.
2) Click “My Profile” in the top right corner of the screen.
3) On the “My Profile” page, click on “Email Address.”
4) Enter your new email address in the text field and click “Submit.”
5) Your updated profile will be displayed on the main page of the website.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, or need to reset it, follow these instructions.
1. Log in to your account at https://access.steward.org/identityiq/login.jsf?prompt=true
2. Click on the “Forgot password ” link in the page.
3. Now, enter your Steward ID.
4. Click on the “Next” button.

- Last Name
- Date Of Birth
- Last 4 SSN
- Click on the “Next” button.
